EXHIBITOR INFORMATION PACKET

To begin the booth application process, please read the comprehensive 2026 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION PACKET (downloadable pdf) outlining booth options and pricing, additional advertising opportunities, and our event guidelines and policies. Contact vendors@afhe.org if you have any questions.

Notes about eligibility:
  • Political campaigns, candidates, or political parties are outside the intended scope of this event and will not be granted booth space, advertising orders, or welcome bag insert placement.
  • Due to space restrictions, we are unable to offer booth space or approve convention program ads for local support groups or homeschool communities. To be eligible for other AFHE advertising and promotion options, please contact groups@afhe.org to learn about being listed on our directory.
  • Alternative education models described as learning pods, microschools, learning centers, hybrid programs (whether public or private), etc. are not eligible for booth space or advertising.
  • Eligibility is at the discretion of the Convention Director in consultation with the AFHE Board of Directors.
  • If you have questions that are not answered in the info packet, please email vendors@afhe.org.

EXHIBIT HALL APPLICATION FORM

Please apply for booth space using our Exhibitor Application form at the button below. Premium and corner spaces will sell out quickly. The form will be updated periodically to reflect booth type availability. Early application deadline is April 1, 2026; applications received April 2 or later will include a late fee. (Young Entrepreneur exhibitors complete a separate application, which will be available in January 2026. Please email vendors@afhe.org if you would like to receive emails about the Young Entrepreneurs opportunity at the 2026 AFHE Convention.)

Notes:
- Booth approvals and assignments are not strictly "first-come, first-serve."
- Booth options will be removed from the form as they sell out, and we will strive to keep the form as current as possible.
- The draft layout (available below to download) is for preview purposes only; it is not a "live" document and does not reflect current availability.
- Premium booths will sell out very quickly; we have limited the size of booth blocks in premium areas to allow a greater number of exhibitors to occupy premium space.
- All layout and assignment decisions are made with the intent of motivating attendees to view the entire hall to see every booth.

Please read through the available packages described in the SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION PACKET (download above) before completing the SPONSOR APPLICATION FORM at the button below. Email vendors@afhe.org or convention@afhe.org with any questions.

DRAFT VERSION EXHIBIT HALL LAYOUT

This draft layout (downloadable pdf) shows the overall layout as well as booth numbering (for application reference only), premium booth locations, nonprofit areas, Young Entrepreneurs Marketplace, AFHE booths, and exhibit hall activities. DIGITAL AD KIOSKS

In 2024 we introduced our new Ad Kiosks! In the hallways of the convention center, your graphic or video is illuminated on 6' tall digital displays, capturing the attention of every attendee who passes by. These digital screens will play your 15-second ad (single graphic or video) at least once per hour throughout the weekend. The ad order form will open in January 2026.

DISCOUNT HOTEL INFO

Information for the 2026 vendors/exhibitors will be posted here in December (pending contracts with hotels).

YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS INFORMATION & APPLICATION

Arizona homeschool students and graduates ages 11-24 are invited to apply for booth space in the Young Entrepreneur section of the exhibit hall at the AFHE Convention. We will review your application, and if it fits our criteria, we will send you an approval email with payment instructions. Your payment secures your booth space.

The 2025 Young Entrepreneur Information Packet is available for your reference at this time; click the button below to read and download. Reading the packet is a necessary step before completing the application form. Please email vendors@afhe.org as early as possible if you would like to receive emails and updates about Young Entrepreneur booth space.

The updated info packet and YE application form for 2026 will be emailed to our YE mailing list and posted here by January 31, 2026. Please email vendors@afhe.org to be added to the mailing list to make sure you receive information as it becomes available.

A few notes about this opportunity:
  • This is a chance for homeschool youth to participate as vendors in a homeschool market environment. YE vendors are subject to all policies and guidelines in place for AFHE Convention exhibitors.
  • To facilitate their participation, AFHE charges YE exhibitors a very low price for their 8'x8' booth rental: just $80. (In comparison, the 8'x8' booths for nonprofit organizations at the AFHE Convention are rented for $295, and 10'x10' booths start at $395.)
  • AFHE has no control over the prices charged by the service providers at the Phoenix Convention Center (electricity; internet; decorator/expo vendor). Choosing to utilize their services is optional, and is a cost of doing business. In 2025, the rate for one electrical outlet was $131.
  • Several past participants have developed their YE businesses into successful enterprises. Many others have developed important skills in communication, budgeting, managing finances, planning, organization, marketing, and perseverance.  AFHE hopes that all YE participants will grow and learn from their involvement.
  • We want our YE exhibitors to be successful! The information packet is thorough and specific for Young Entrepreneurs. We are happy to answer questions and offer assistance where we can, in the months preceding the convention and on site. Email vendors@afhe.org to contact us.

NON-EXHIBITOR ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES

Non-exhibitors can reach our convention attendees, too! Place copies of your flier or catalog in our convention welcome bags and/or place an ad in our retail quality full-color program magazine.

The WELCOME BAG INSERT APPLICATION for non-exhibitors will be made available below in January 2026. We will close the application when we have reached our maximum number of inserts.

CONVENTION PROGRAM ADVERTISING will be available to non-exhibitors beginning in February 2026, subject to ad space availability.

The AFHE Media Kit includes the terms of agreement which apply to all advertisers. Please review before completing your application.

Hotel
LODGING - GROUP RATE AT A DOWNTOWN HOTEL
Hotel information will be released at a later date..

SCAM ALERT: AFHE does not contract with any other hotels nor do we have arrangements with any companies that book rooms for our event. Your privacy is important to us, as is your trust. We do not give out exhibitor contact information, with the exception of providing a list of vendors to the service providers at the Phoenix Convention Center so you can order services. The only thing we publish on our website is the link you provide for our Registered Exhibitor listing. It appears these scam companies follow the links and get phone numbers and email addresses off of exhibitors' websites. They contact exhibitors and say they are booking rooms on behalf of AFHE, which is not true.
Exhibitor Info Booth and Lounge
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION BOOTH: The AFHE Exhibitor Information Booth is located near the front entrance of the exhibit hall and will be staffed during all exhibit hall hours on Friday and Saturday. We are here to serve you!

EXHIBITOR LOUNGE: A 20'x20' curtained area for exhibitors only will be located on the north wall next to the Exhibitor Workshop pavilions. On Friday and Saturday mornings, there will be coffee available for exhibitors only. We would love to be able to replenish the coffee when it runs out, but with coffee at approx. $80/gallon from the PCC's contracted caterer, we are only able to offer a limited supply. Please do not fill personal insulated cups/thermoses in the exhibitor lounge, but rather use the cups provided to allow more of your fellow exhibitors to enjoy the complimentary coffee. There is a coffee concession in the main lobby which will open at 7:30 AM on Friday and Saturday.

A water cooler with cups will be located in the Exhibitor Lounge throughout show hours Friday and Saturday. Service Team members will also be circulating through the exhibit hall several times per day to offer cups of water to exhibitors.

It is possible to make accommodations for a person with specific health concerns or an allergen-related restriction; please contact convention@afhe.org for more information.

Concessions located in the South Building (the location for our Convention) will offer an expanded menu developed specifically for our event, including more options for kids and more detailed labeling to address dietary concerns.
