Exhibitors are a key part of the AFHE Convention! We encourage you to plan time to visit the exhibit hall and attend exhibitor workshops, too.  You will find an unmatched array of some of the finest homeschool resources available at this shopping experience unlike any other in the state of Arizona. Nowhere else will you be able to shop and compare curriculum and educational materials in person from this many exhibitors and publishers all in one place!

We are grateful for the businesses who come and support the Arizona homeschool community by providing our convention attendees with a wide variety of quality curriculum and materials from which to choose. Many of the exhibitors have a great deal of knowledge and expertise and are happy to answer your questions and assist you. Be sure to stop and chat with them and thank them for investing their time and resources to come to the AFHE Convention!

Please show them we value their investment by purchasing their products directly from the exhibitors, not from an online outlet or warehouse business. We all want to encourage our exhibitors to return to the AFHE Convention next year because their time with us was well-spent and will help them remain profitable as they serve our community. Registered exhibitors and vendors at the AFHE Convention have the opportunity to present informational workshops, which may be product demonstrations, an introduction to their services, or general interest sessions. Check out the schedule for these special presentations.

Several exhibitors will also be doing short presentations in our KidsCorner area throughout the day (both Friday and Saturday). Your convention program will have details about these engaging opportunities for your kiddos.

Concessions in the South Building include a coffee cart, ice cream cart, and the bistro counters in the Exhibit Hall. Check here in June for the projected open hours of the North Building concessions during our event.

Aventura Catering is the exclusive provider of food and beverage at the Phoenix Convention Center. Aventura and AFHE have worked to provide expanded options that serve a wide range of dietary and budgetary interests for attendees at the 2025 AFHE Home Education Convention. Visitors to the Phoenix Convention Center are prohibited from bringing outside food and beverage into the facility. It is possible to make accommodations for a person with specific health concerns or an allergen-related need; please contact convention@afhe.org for more information.

Items purchased at eateries in the North Building of the Convention Center may be brought into the South Building.  

DOWNTOWN PARKING AVAILABLE
The closest parking is the Jefferson Street Garage, located just south of the Convention Center at 333 E. Jefferson Street.

We will have an update in June regarding downtown events and advance purchase parking passes through ParkWhiz.com.  

Other parking is plentiful near the Phoenix Convention Center. Parking downtown costs approximately $15 per day. The Convention Center is also on the Valley Metro Lightrail route through downtown.
