Arizona Homeschool Support Groups

Participation in a local homeschool support group is a great way to build friendships, enrich the home education experience, and create a strong, healthy, thriving homeschool community.

AFHE maintains a list of homeschool support groups from across the state as a reference for Arizona homeschooling parents. Homeschool support groups can be a wonderful source of support and edification, and we strongly encourage families to participate in a local homeschool group. Participation in homeschool groups should be utilized as a support and encouragement, not as a replacement for teaching your children at home.

We list these homeschool groups as a service to Arizona’s homeschool community at large. We do not necessarily endorse groups listed on this site, nor do we have first-hand experience with or knowledge of all groups or their leaders. We have done a level of review to try to ensure that all groups listed on the AFHE website exist to support and promote homeschooling as defined in Arizona Revised Statutes §15-802. Each group is run independently and has its own requirements for membership, emphasis (Christian, secular, etc.), format, membership dues, area that it serves, etc. We encourage you to research groups you are interested in to make sure they are a good fit for your family.
