Support Groups

AFHE maintains a list of homeschool support groups from across the state.

Please click on a county from the map below to view a list of homeschool support groups by county.

NO SOLICITATIONS PLEASE ...

The information found on the Support Group listings pages is NOT to be used for solicitation purposes of any kind.  We respectfully ask that those marketing products or services refrain from contacting the leaders listed to promote their business or service.

The support groups list is posted for the sole purpose of helping homeschooling families or those interested in homeschooling to find a local group where they can get connected with other homeschoolers in their area.

Included in this list, you will find the following types of groups.   Click on each type of group below for its definition.

Homeschool groups can be a great source of support and edification and we strongly encourage participation in homeschool groups. However, we feel that homeschool groups should be utilized as a support and encouragement, not as a replacement for teaching your children at home.

We list these homeschool groups as a service to Arizona's homeschool community at large.  As a Christian board of directors, we do not necessarily endorse all groups listed on this site.

Arizona Counties.

Groups that exist specifically to support parents teaching their children themselves at home are welcome to apply to have their group listed on the AFHE Support Group page.

Group leaders should complete and submit an application to be considered for listing on the AFHE web site. Click below for the application.

The board reserves the right to review all requests to be listed. We have a review committee set up for this purpose.

IMPORTANT: If your group offers classes, we will need additional information from you to review your group for listing on the AFHE web site. Thank you for your assistance.
