Membership

Membership to AFHE provides you with important information about educating your children at home in the state of Arizona and connects you with the homeschool community statewide. The benefits of AFHE membership include:

• Member Resource Packet - Recently updated
• Arizona Home Education Journal - Printed newsletter sent directly to your residence via postal mail four times per year.
• E-mail Alerts - Receive important information updates via electronic mail.
• HSLDA Discount - Reduced membership fee to Home School Legal Defense Association.  Individual families who belong to AFHE save on their HSLDA membership fee.
• Convention Discount - Members have the opportunity to receive discount admission to the convention with early registration.
• Graduate Recognition Ceremonies - Members may participate in the Junior High and Senior High Graduate Recognition ceremonies.

The cost of annual membership to AFHE is $25 for new members and $20 for renewing members.

Please note, if you are a former AFHE member and it has been 6 months or longer since your membership lapsed, you must join as a new member. Thank you!

AFHE Member E-mail List - If you need to update your e-mail address for the AFHE Member E-mail List, please send an e-mail to homeschool@afhe.org. Include the following information:

• First and Last Name
• New e-mail address
• Old e-mail address
• Membership expiration date
• Put "AFHE E-mail List" in the subject line

If you are a current member and you are not receiving the AFHE Member e-mails, please send us an e-mail at homeschool@afhe.org to let us know that you would like to be added to the AFHE Member e-mail list. Please include the following information:

• First and Last Name
• E-mail address
• Membership expiration date
• Put "AFHE E-mail List" in the subject line

NOTE: Your membership expiration date can be found on your AFHE Membership card, on your label of the AFHE Journal, or on the label of your convention brochure.
